Our objective is to be able to share the knowledge of a HR Manager with SME owners and entrepreneurs that at one point or other will need to manage any HR issue that may arise. For that reason, we want you to write for us and share your expertise and knowledge with our readers.

Here at HR 4 SMEs, we welcome posts from those who wish to share their experience or skills with our readers, so we encourage guest blogging with us.

If you are a HR professional and an expert on any of the HR areas, or the topic you want to write about and is related to our editorial line. If you are any of this, and you would like to write for us as a guest blogger, do not hesitate to contact us on the form below and we will be in contact as soon as possible.

If you are a business owner willing to share your experience, your success and your mistakes with other business owners, please contact us.

What are we looking for?

Please submit your idea before writing a full article so we can let you know if it has the editorial direction that we would publish.

Editorial requirements for our guest bloggers

  • You need to be a real person 🙂 no alias, we are looking for people with real HR related experience who can share their knowledge with our audience.
  • Ideally, the article will come from your own experience, not just from theory books, so you add real insights to our readers 🙂
  • The topic must be related to any HR field, anything from the topics below and open to any other HR related topic.

    • We also accept any other suggestions if the topic is related.
  • Your article will have a minimum of 1000 to 1500 words, more, if well written, is always welcome.
  • We will not approve to overly self promoting posts
  • The article needs to be related to the experience of medium and small businesses. We will accept topics that adapt the experience of big corporations to the sme world, just keep in mind that our readers are SME owners and managers.
  • Your article needs to be original and unpublished.


What happens now?

  • An editor will review your submission and analyse if is a potential fit to our blog.
  • Due to the high volume of emails that we receive, we might not be able to respond to you inmediately, even if the article and your profile are a good fit (sorry!)
  • Please note that we might not respond to submissions without a topic related to our editorial line or withour a real person behind.
  • If your article is a good fit, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with a contributor account so you can submit your article.
  • We will schedule your publication as soon as possible once the revisions are completed.
  • Once is scheduled we will send you the publishing date so you can share it with your contacts before anyone does.
  • We will share it also with our social media followers and our mailing list subscribers.
